Beyond

In love
It’s upon you and I
To dissolve all boundaries
Forever

Why don’t you kiss me then?

I Found Her Broken

She was broken
When I met her first
Her brokenness devouring her
Cracked inside her
Like a library burning quietly
While scholars sleep peacefully
Resting their doubtful heads
On soft pillows of self-pity
And comforting quilts of grandiosity

She was broken then
Now she is unbroken
She gathered herself
Piece by piece
Thought by thought
Word by word
Till I could collect her in my arms

From the edges of many naked roads now
I see her smiling and laughing
As if her newly brought dresses
And new found admirers
Could hide her cracks and fissures

I stand alone
On the corners of many familiar lanes
Wondering every now and then
When someone is making love to her
Does he see her cracks too?
Does he feel her brokenness like I do?

Fearless Rooms

Such doors do not open
Behind which people live in fear

Darkness is enclosed only inside closed rooms
And closed hearts

Only fearless open their doors
Even before anyone knocks at them

But I’m not here to talk about
Closed and open doors
Let’s talk about your open arms

Who keeps their arms open
Even before anyone hugs them?

Love Dot Com

Myths never die young
Neither do they prune out forever
Like stubborn weeds in my garden

When people tell me
They met online
And fell in love instantly
I feel like reading an old story
Of misplaced letter
Or the mirror on the wall
Telling them
Who is fairest of them all

Finger-Dance

She puts her two fingers on my chest
And does her finger-dance
While humming an old melody
In my left ear

Then she whispers
“How was it, my love?”

“Rapturous, Sweetheart! Rapturous!”
I would say

She doesn’t know
I was cured of million doubts
By the end of that dance

Happy Woman's Day

When we men are ruthlessly busy
Deciding among ourselves
"To be God or not to be..."
Women go on quietly
Writing the fate of the world

P.S.: Be Wandhes Jaan Latiye...

True Violence

If violence is the only way
I can be extremely violent

In the darkest moment of rage
I pretend no modesty
I become primitive

I hold her neck with my both hands
Push her against the wall
And kiss her in abandon

She taught me
That the most violent act
Is unconditional surrender

So to be clear on this
We both are radically militant
Against each other

Unmaking

One day
You’ll lie to me
And I’ll believe you

I’ll believe you
Like I believe you
With my heart and soul
And that my love
That’ll be my unmaking

If you have to lie
Lie to me fairly

When I’m Gone, Learn Music

Time is not always generous
Lovers are not patient too

Today I’m your life
Tomorrow I might be just a memory

And if it has to be like this
Then remember me
Like you see me now
Mad in your love
Hopelessly craving for you
Nothing else sweetens my tongue
Nothing else fires my soul
Nothing else pleases my senses
Nothing else itches me to live more
Like you do
Remember me like this only…

If your memory fails you
And you forget everything about me
Learn music
So you could at least sing to yourself
All the crazy songs
I have written for you

I would rather disappear in a song
Than in thousand forgotten memories

Hide

I love this relentless hiding
I hide
She hides
There is no one to seek
Only two of us
We come face to face
Only behind an invisible veil
There are endless code names
Unruly love games
Encrypted love words we share
No one knows about us

By the way
For those of you
Abnormally curious to know
Her name is “No-Yes”
And let me tell you a secret
You can’t pronounce her name
Not quite right
Without knowing her

You want to know her?
Hide…
