There
is no such thing as true love
An
archetypal myth
Hiding
our fear of death
This
is what everyone believed
Even
I fell for it
Till
love descended upon me
Like
a thunderbolt
Now
I know
Love
is an illusory opening in the sky
An
idea carved into our very fabric of being
Not
a concept to be taught
It
has no window looking outside
Not
a balcony for a better view of sunset
Love
is not a room one is locked in
It’s
absolutely not anyone’s home of choice
Love
is a river
Flowing
between two unyielding banks –
Faith…Uncertainty
Most
often flooded in every season
No
sane man or woman in their right mind
Falls
into it
Only
those with insane hearts
With
no hope of being saved
